Not a Fic: A Fic Prompt

This plot bunny jumped out at me from behind my BSGmuse, but I can't write it now. So I'm offering it up to the gods to see if there are any takers. Also, this may have already been written somewhere, but what the hell?

Prompt:
What if Bruce were transported somehow to one of those alternate realities/dimensions where 
A) Nightwing had recently been killed   OR
B) Dick, and not his parents, died that night at the circus years ago

...and then Bruce makes it back to his own reality/dimension?
