Heh, I liked this and the whole series (hadn't read it before right now). Clark and Oliver are just meant for each other in that special way afforded to vigilantes (or future vigilantes), and they're hot together. Nice slow realization for both of them.

And then poor Lois. I can easily imagine her standing there, outraged, and babbling, and Oliver just totally ignoring her. And then, you know, their position five minutes from there.
